What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we process orders as guest checkouts, but you’ll receive email updates with tracking information for every order. We’re working on account features for future updates!

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries! Currently, we cannot deliver to some remote areas in Asia and certain other locations. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL or FedEx with tracking
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 day delivery via EMS for orders over $50
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
Do I need to pay customs fees?
International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.

Product Care

How should I care for my wetsuit?
To extend your wetsuit’s life:
  • Rinse with fresh water after each use
  • Dry inside out away from direct sunlight
  • Store flat or hanging on a wide hanger
  • Use wetsuit shampoo occasionally
  • Avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces
What if my wetsuit doesn’t fit properly?
We provide detailed sizing charts to help you select the right size. If your wetsuit doesn’t fit, you may return it within 15 days for an exchange or refund (see our return policy above).
